Credit Check!

I'm so nervous, I haven't really ever paid much attention to my credit score (not too smart, I know), but in my defense, I never really had to worry about it since I lived with my parents and wasn't buying a car or something that required it. I know some jobs do look into that kind of thing but I never had one of those either LOL. Now I'm getting nervous because I'm on my own and we're hoping to buy a car and a house some day. It's time for me to get my annual free credit score and start looking to improve it, I know it can't be that great. I think my boyfriend is just as nervous since he's filed bankruptcy once already, even if it was years ago. He'll be having to check his stats as well so we can start preparing and working on setting things in place for when we're ready to get ourselves going.

I’m really excited about the bright outlook on our future though. I can’t believe I’m finally doing everything I’ve wanted to and with someone who wants the same as I do. I never thought I’d be able to have what I do now and the feeling is awesome! I can’t wait until we have a car and can start doing all the things we have planned on. For now, it’s time to save, save, save and get everything ready so there are no hang-ups when the time is right, that would be horrible to have happen!
