Dual Purpose

I've been reading a lot about adderall and weight loss lately. It seems that people who take adderall are reporting increased weight loss and now some are trying to gain the medication for that purpose alone. I don't think it's an incredibly smart move since the medication is primarily used to treat mental instability but the side effect would be good to help those who have a hard time losing weight. I would think that companies would start looking into this and try to isolate the causes and use that in a different medication, hopefully soon before too many people try to use it solely for that purpose.
