I know we ask ourselves that question a lot but really, sometimes I can't help but wonder about people. Not long ago I was at the mall food court waiting my turn. It was busy and there were people everywhere. I ended up just zoning out while I waited, but I waited patently. The girl at the register was going as fast as she could trying to handle as many customers as she could. There was a lady and a guy in front of me so I knew I had a while because the place I was at cooks the food as ordered. The girl took the lady's order and then the guy's so she didn't slow the cooking line. She went to get some trays from the back and someone walked up to ask her something. She turns to take my order and the lady starts in on her! She just stared going off, no questions, just freaks out. Mind you, I think the girl was in her early 20s, the guy is the same and I'm not that far behind. This woman was at least 60 sand started swearing all over the place when the guy asked her what was wrong. All we could do was stand there with gaping mouths and we're the younger ones! I just really don't understand why people feel the need to be so ugly to others like that.
