I just read an interesting article on irvingia because it seemed intriguing. This stuff is an African fruit which holds a lot of health benefits including weight loss, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. There's little doubt in my mind that it'll soon be the next big thing in diet supplements like hoodia was, because it's natural. The funny thing for me is that I've always leaned toward the things that say "increase energy" because eating isn't my problem, lack of movement is. LOL
