Okay, I'm really curious...do people actually use the companies that we see advertised on TV? Does having a gecko really help business? I know I like watching the quirky lady in white but really, I've never known anyone to use these companies. I would assume there are people that do or they obviously wouldn't still be in business but I guess I'm old fashioned in that I wouldn't know if I could trust one of those companies. Dh and my parents still have car insurance with companies where they can walk into the buildings and I think that's why they like it. It can get hard talking only to people by phone sometimes.
