Staying Well Balanced



So many people end up working such crazy work schedules that they claim to have no time to eat and proceed to eat nothing but a crappy dinner once they're off only to repeat the process again the next day. It's funny because I was one of those people when I worked. Of course you do eat something but it's never anything good since you're only snacking on something through out the day. I can recall having a box of crackers as my entire meal until I came home and had the McDonald's I picked up on the way home. Working for me always turned out to be more like a weight loss supplement which was nice but definitely unhealthy.

If this sounds like you whether you work at home or outside, be sure to eat a healthy snack instead of some junk that you are most likely to reach for. Bring a cooler type bag and pack yourself some veggie sticks and dip with some fruit if nothing else. That's also a very quick thing to grab in the morning on your way out by pre-packing each day's worth at the beginning of each week.
